SC5, SC15 and SC30 share one progression path.
Stable Circle uses USDC BEP20 on BNB Smart Chain. Smart contracts manage FIFO placement, payment routing, upgrade reserves and level activation. SC5 is the starting point, followed by SC15 and SC30 under the group progression model.

Registration

Prepare a wallet
Use SafePal or another compatible Web3 wallet and select BNB Smart Chain.
Prepare funds
Hold the correct USDC BEP20 entry amount and retain a small amount of BNB BEP20 for gas.

Use the correct Stable Circle portal inside the wallet’s DApp browser.
Connect on BNB Smart Chain
Confirm the selected account and network before continuing.
Verify the sponsor
Check the displayed Sponsor or Referrer ID. Do not proceed if it is incorrect.
Approve the exact USDC amount
Read the wallet prompt and approve only the required registration amount.
Register
Confirm the registration transaction in the wallet. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
Save your details
After confirmation, record the User ID and personal referral link shown on the dashboard.
Strict FIFO placement
Each position has no more than two immediate children. When those spaces are occupied, placement follows the next valid opening in the deterministic FIFO queue. Visible downline numbers alone do not prove that a level credit has qualified.
Automatic upgrades
The contract retains the required upgrade portion. When the reserve reaches the defined threshold, the next level activates automatically. Admin Fee, Developer Fee, Upgrade Reserve and Member Payout remain separate classifications.
Education is the product
The Crypto Safety & Web3 Academy teaches wallet security, networks, token verification, smart contracts, approvals, scam awareness and recovery. Participation in the learning material is encouraged but voluntary.

These are community guidelines, not automatic smart-contract rules. Every additional position uses real USDC and needs a separate eligible wallet address.
