How X3 works
One smart contract. Twelve levels. Fourteen slots per matrix.
X3 Matrix is a decentralized participation platform on opBNB. The smart contract records placements, applies the matrix rules and routes BNB between members’ wallets. No other person takes custody of a member’s routed payment.

The qualification rule
A position needs two direct referrals to qualify for eligible routed payments. Spillover does not count as a direct referral. When a position is not qualified, applicable payments can continue to the nearest qualified upline or the treasury according to the smart contract’s routing rule.
SafePal registration
Register carefully, one step at a time.
Use the supplied registration link only after preparing SafePal and selecting the correct network.

Install or open SafePal and make sure your wallet seed phrase is stored privately and offline.

Have at least 0.001001 BNB available on the opBNB network: 0.001 BNB for Level 1 plus a small gas allowance.

Open SafePal’s DApp browser and paste the official FIB777 registration link.

Select opBNB as the network before pressing “Go”. This is an essential step.

Connect the wallet and confirm that the inviter or sponsor ID is 300.

Review the network, amount and wallet prompt, then approve the 0.001 BNB registration transaction.

Wait for the on-chain confirmation, then save your new user ID and personal referral link.

Refer two direct members to qualify the position for eligible payment routes. Spillover does not count as a direct referral.
Matrix routing
What the fourteen slots do.
The first cycle reserves two slots for the automatic upgrade. Later cycles change slots 4 and 5; the remaining slot roles stay consistent.
First cycle
Slot 1–2
Spill upward according to the contract route.
Slot 3, 6, 8, 9, 11–12
Payment positions; the matrix owner receives the BNB when qualified.
Slot 4
Reserves BNB toward the next-level upgrade.
Slot 5
Combines with the upgrade reserve and triggers the next-level upgrade.
Slot 7, 10, 13
Spill downward according to the contract route and eligible downline.
Slot 14
Completes the matrix and triggers recycling or re-entry.
Second cycle and later
Slot 1–2
Spill upward according to the contract route.
Slot 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11–12
Payment positions; slot 5 becomes a normal payment position.
Slot 4
Routes to the Royal Pool.
Slot 7, 10, 13
Spill downward according to the contract route and eligible downline.
Slot 14
Completes the matrix cycle and triggers recycling.
Royal Pool threshold
Royal Pool funds roll forward until the accumulated BNB balance reaches at least the equivalent of USD $50. No Royal Pool distribution is issued below that threshold. Because BNB’s market price changes, the exact BNB amount required to equal $50 changes as well.
Level costs
Twelve levels that double progressively.
Everyone starts at Level 1. A member receives no benefit from a level that is not active. Review the current transaction before every registration or upgrade.

Payments and accessing your BNB
Eligible payments are routed directly to the receiving wallet by the smart contract. There is no separate platform withdrawal request. Once BNB is in the wallet, moving it is a normal cryptocurrency transaction on opBNB and requires the usual network gas.
